Our Impact Reports

We have defined a list of initiatives across functions that we monitor progress against. In this report, we share past performance and year-over-year progress.

Additionally, we have defined primary KPIs per cardinal with 2030 targets, which steer our strategy and direction. We communicate these indicators as a target and in future reports, we will report annually our progress toward that target.

Following our 2023 Impact Report detailing our Impact strategy, each year a new Impact Report is published focusing on one of our cardinals to present our progress on it.
